Unlike many countries in Africa, Rwanda is one of the few countries that are both a nation and a country. You will find that Rwandan culture is truly the way of life and to experience Rwanda one has to be open to explore and be transformed by the genius that is what Rwandan ancestors have established a culture that is proud, resilient, noble, industrious, intelligent, patriotic and quite frankly unique.

Even though Kinyarwanda.com was established primarily to teach the Kinyarwanda Language, we acknowledge that culture is broader than just language. Although language is where all start, in Kinyarwanda there are other forms that language has always intersected with culture such as Imigani Migufi, insigamigani, Ibyivugo, Music and Dance, Traditional Religion, Traditional ceremonies and rituals etc.
